As a Customer Support Specialist at "Voucher For You," you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues related to vouchers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Provide Customer Support:

  • Address and handle customer inquiries and requests via email, phone, and online chat.

Manage Complaints:

  • Receive and address customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Propose reasonable solutions, process refunds or exchanges as per company policy.

Process Orders:

  • Update order information and handle change or cancellation requests according to company policies.

Provide Information:

  • Offer detailed information about vouchers, promotions, and company policies to customers.
  • Guide customers on using website features and answer service-related queries.

Reporting and Feedback:

  • Record and report customer issues, feedback, and suggestions for service improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments to address product and service-related issues.

Maintain Customer Relationships:

  • Build and sustain positive relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Conduct surveys and gather feedback to better understand customer needs and preferences.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support, with preference for e-commerce or voucher services experience.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adept at handling situations delicately.
  • Proficiency in customer support tools and order management software.
  • Team spirit and ability to work under high pressure.
